Adam Booker

In the early hours of Saturday July 1st, Adam Lawrence Booker lost his life in a tragic car accident in Iowa, on his way to spend the weekend with family to celebrate his grandmother’s birthday.

Adam was born in Thornton Colorado on May 24, 1989. He grew up in Arvada, Colorado, graduating from Maranatha Christian Center.

Adam started a career at BCBS of Colorado, and after several years determined that was not his path. He packed up and ventured to Michigan for a few years and had recently returned to Colorado in 2022 where he was establishing himself anew.

Adam was strong willed, some might say stubborn, with a huge heart and a wicked sense of humor. If you ever played trivial pursuit with him, you experienced that firsthand. He had a few quirks, like always requesting Captain Crunch breakfast cereal for Christmas dinner.  Typical of his generation, He loved Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings and was always in for a snow-day marathon.   Adam cherished his Subaru and all the road trips he took with it. He also enjoyed techno music and Anima and was an avid video gamer spending many a weekend on-line.

Adam was fiercely loyal to his friends and will be remembered for all the heart he shared with his family and friends who he truly loved.  He was a loving son, brother, and uncle.

Adam is survived by his parents, Mark and Kim Booker grandparents, Jon and Lori McNamee, Jackie Bean, his sister Erin Booker and nephew Willis Scott.

To honor Adam’s true essence and value system, there are no services planned.  A celebration of Adam’s life will be held on Saturday, September 16th at 1:00 at his parents home 10971 W. 71st PL Arvada, CO 8004
