Donald Jon Schreiber

Donald Jon Schreiber, 58, of Patterson, passed away at his home on Friday, March 10, 2023.

Don was born in Waterloo, Iowa on September 21, 1964, the son of Robert and Melva (Miller) Schreiber. He grew up in Waterloo, and graduated from Waterloo West High School. On July 19, 1985, Don and Annette Moore were married in Waterloo, Iowa.

Don was a home builder. He liked to remain active, and was always busy with his hands. He loved nature, and enjoyed the time he spent hunting and fishing.

Don is survived by his wife, Annette; mother, Melva Schreiber; daughter, Amanda Connelly; son, Jacob Schreiber; granddaughter, Emalyn Connelly; three brothers; Darrin Schreiber, Tim (Cindy) Schreiber and Jim (Melissa) Schreiber.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Schreiber.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, March 18, at 11:00 a.m. at the Patterson United Methodist Church, in Patterson, Iowa.

Memorials may be directed to his family for future designation.
