Gary Lee Dupuy

Gary Dupuy 75, of De Soto, lost his battle with cancer on Thursday, September 22, 2016. A Celebration Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 27, at McCalley Funeral Home in Adel. Private family burial will be at a later date. Gary was born January 25, 1941 in Casey, Iowa to Albert and Jane Terry Dupuy. Gary and Marilyn (Gibson) were united in marriage June 4, 1961 in Yale, Iowa. To this union three children were born, Todd of De Soto, Tim of Avoca and Angi of Tupelo, OK and two granddaughters, Kayleigh Von Rentzell and Zoe Dupuy. Gary worked at Armstrong Tire in Des Moines for many years. He is survived by two brothers Rick Dupuy of Waukee and Ron Dupuy of Creston, one sister Vickie of Des Moines, many nieces and nephews, sister-in-laws, and his best friend, Darrell Douglas.
