Glee Kniffin, age 59 of Perry, passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2022, surrounded by her family at home in Perry. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Memorials will be given to her family for later designation and may be left at the Carris Family Funeral Home & Cremation Care. Online condolences may be left at www.carrisfuneralhome.com. Glee Ann Kniffin was born on September 18, 1962, at Fresno, CA to Clyde and Jeannine Kay (Markley) Beaman. She attended school at Perry High School and DMACC to be a CMA. She was united in marriage to Francis I. Kniffin at Perry, IA on January 8, 2008. She helped people in their home doing home health care, and then worked at Rowley Masonic Home, Pearl Valley, and Aspire Nursing and Rehabilitation. She enjoyed taking crazy road trips, collecting frogs, gold nuggets, riding her electrical bike, and singing. She especially loved spending time with her family. In death she rejoins her father, Clyde Beaman, mother, Jeannine Kay Moore, daughter, Taushza K. Embrey, niece, Brandie Sue Kilts, sister, Gay Kilts, and a granddaughter Emma Kniffin. Left to cherish Glees memory are her husband Francis Kniffin, children, Ellen (Jason Spracher) Olsen, Brandon Embrey, Amie, April, and Jesse (Harmony Thompson) Kniffin, grandchildren, McInzie Harlan, Lilyanna Garcia, Landon Kniffin, Jacob and Alex Thompson, Ashlynn and Brooklynn Kniffin, Jon Kniffin, and Jordan Kniffin, great grandchildren, Chorus and Chandler Thompson, sister, Joi (Mark) Dugan, brother, Clyde (LeAnn) Beaman, nephews, Brad Williams, Patrick, Matthew and Jerried Beaman, Hyson Blitz, Tom, and Mark Dugan.
