Keith M. Drey

Keith M. Drey, 20, of Winterset, died Monday, August 26, 2013. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, August 31 at the Winterset Community Church. A visitation will be held from 1 to 7 p.m., Friday, August 30 at Ochiltree Funeral Service with family present to receive friends from 3 to 7 p.m. To show support for Keith's brother, Marc, the family will be leaving promptly at 7 p.m. to attend his football game that evening. Memorials may be directed to the Winterset Community Church. Keith Melvin Drey was born in Des Moines, Iowa on May 24, 1993, the son of Dan and Donna (Bolkema) Drey. He graduated from Winterset High School in 2011, was currently a student at Iowa State University and had worked at Fareway. Keith enjoyed participating in sports and LOVED watching Husker Football. He loved his dogs and enjoyed the outdoors; hunting, hiking, and animals. He also liked computer gaming and forensic TV shows; he always had a knack for figuring out “who dunnit”. Keith was a wonderful little brother as well as big brother. He is survived by his parents, Dan and Donna Drey of Winterset; two brothers, Austin and Marc Drey; grandparents, Melvin and Connie Drey of Onawa and John and Betty Bolkema of Hull.
