Kurt Adams

Kurt N. Adams, age 62, of Indianola, passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at Kavanagh House in Des Moines. He was born on September 2, 1959, to Robert and Shirley (Lane) Adams in Chicago, Illinois. Kurt was a very hard worker. He loved his music and so many different genres of music. He loved to play the keyboard and was an exceptional drummer. Kurt played in rock bands and praise bands for many years. Kurt and his wife would take vacations and would partake in cave dwelling together. He loved spending time with family and friends and especially all animals. Kurt was preceded in death by his father, Robert. He is survived by his wife, Lynn; sons, Nickolas and Zackary; mother, Shirley (Adams) Lane; sister, Molly Hurley; nephew, Bobby Hurley; Lynn’s daughters and families, Tahara (DJ) Norton, Connor, Sienna & Wilder; Tracie (Stephen) Jochum, Leo & Coy; and other loving family and friends. A memorial service will be held at 4:00PM Monday, June 27, 2022, at the Indianola First Assembly of God Church in Indianola, Iowa.
