Mark Patrick Greiner

Mark Greiner, age 61, of Swinney Switch, Texas, died on October 29, 2022 in Adel.

Mark was born on June 18, 1961 to LeRoy and Karen (Hughes) Greiner in New Jersey. He attended school in many places due to his father being in the military, but ended up in George West, Texas. He was a member at St. George Catholic Church in George West, Texas.

Mark enjoyed being outside, hunting and fishing. He also liked working with his hands. He was an excellent mechanic and craftsman, and could recreate an object just by looking at it. Many times, it was better than the original. He had a mind that knew how objects and mechanics worked and could solve any mechanical problem that he encountered. Mark was an avid participant in the Texas Cook Off and was a winner at some of them. Mark loved his family, especially his many nieces and nephews.

Mark is survived by his brothers, Shawn Geiner, Greg (Shelly) Greiner, and Randy (Debbie) Greiner; sister, Cindy Brookshire; along with many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Amber Sue; parents, LeRoy and Karen; and brother-in-law, Joey Brookshire.
