Wayne Field

Wayne Field, 32, of Winterset died Wednesday, February 21, 2018. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 25, 2018 at the Community Building in the Madison County Fair Grounds. A Wayne Field Memorial Fund has been established at the Union State Bank. Online Condolences may be left at ochiltree.com Wayne Christopher Field, son of Daniel and Debra (Bates) Field, was born November 6, 1985 in Ottumwa, Iowa. Wayne was a graduate of Winterset High School in 2004. He worked at various establishments in Winterset including the Sports Page, Lakeview Country Club and most recently Rose Acres. Wayne was an avid fisherman and loved going fishing with his friends, family or by himself. He enjoyed playing cards, Cribbage being his favorite. Wayne loved driving the country roads not straying away from level B roads. He listened to all varieties of music and could sing along with the best of them. Wayne was a loyal son, brother and friend who was always there if you needed him. He will be missed by all. Wayne is survived by his mother, Debra Field and significant other Mike Green; sisters, Jennifer Brown of Truro, Toni (Joe) Mincey of Tennessee; a daughter; nieces, Nerriah Morrison, Kalae Brown; nephews, Dakota Morrison, Traevios Brown, Kaleb Mincey; uncle, Rick (Mary) Bates; aunt, Lori Funk; extended family, Jennifer Green, Sammi Green, Dusty Green; dogs, Raven and Lucy; and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents; father, Daniel Field; brother-in-law, Terry Brown; uncles, Steve Field, Rusty Field and an aunt, Dena Jackson.
