Anthony McCain, age 49 of Grand Junction and formerly of Perry, passed away on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at his home in Grand Junction, IA from complications of Asthma. A visitation in his honor will be on Saturday, October 30, 2021, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Carris Family Funeral Home & Cremation Care in Perry. He graduated from Perry High School with the class of 1990. He was a self-employed animal breeder for many years and enjoyed studying genetics. In death he rejoins his grandma Mabel McCain, grandparents Rolland and Joan Gilmore, and stepfathers, John Feth and Gary Gilmore. Left to cherish Anthonys memory are his mother Linda, his brother, Matt (Summer) Gilmore, sister Amanda Gilmore and many other relatives and friends.
