Barbara A. Jeglum

Barbara G. Jeglum, 95, of Urbandale passed away peacefully on Friday October 6, 2017 at Bickford Cottage in Urbandale. A Mass of Christian burial we be held at 10:00a.m. on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at St. Pius X Catholic Church in Urbandale. A graveside service will follow the mass at 12:30 p.m. at the Iowa Veterans Cemetery in Adel. Barbara was born August 2, 1922 to Frank and Mabel (Weil) Gabriel in Chicago, IL. The most important things in Barbara’s life were family, marriage, church and service to others.  Barbara is survived by her three sons, Jim (Carole) Jeglum of Warrenton, VA, John (Marsha) Jeglum of West Lynn, OR, and Jeff (Barbara) Jeglum of Windsor Heights, IA; seven grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
