Bertha Marie Woodruff (Phipps) born March 30, 1934 in Boone, Iowa and passed away on June 25, 2016 at the age of 82. She resided in Urbandale, Iowa. Preceded in death by husband, Donald Woodruff; parents and five sisters. She is survived by daughters, Dawn Ipson and Carla (Darren) Anderson; grandchildren, Adam, Ashley, and Roger; great grandson, Bennett; and brother, Chuck (Chris) Phipps. She will be deeply missed.
