Billy Mason

Billy Dean Mason passed away on February 10th, 2017 at home peacefully. Billy was born December 15, 1936 in Missouri and raised on the south side of Des Moines. He attended Licoln High School where he met his high school sweetheart Shirley, who he later married. Billy enjoyed camping, watching Nascar and baking goodies for his family. Left to cherish Billy's loving memory are his four children, Gary (Tammy), Craig (Esti), Randy (Pamela) and Sheila Mason Mohr; eight grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; sister Mary Catherine Stein and brother Bob Mason. He was preceded in death by his wife Shirley Bird Mason, son Timothy Mason, Parents Ernest and Hazel Mason, bothers Donnie Mason and Paul Mason and sisters Willa Lee Moore, Lois Fraaken, Mary Louise Mason and Carolyn Sue Mason.
