Carol Lee Schlichter

CAROL LEE SCHLICHTER, daughter of Vernon Victor Hohanshelt and Mary Pauline Crusan Hohanshelt, was born August 24, 1933 in Perry, Iowa and died October 9, 2007 at Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa, at the age of 74 years, 1 month, and 15 days. Carol graduated from Perry High School in 1952. She moved to Woodward in 1962 where she made many wonderful friends. She did volunteer work at the library for over 25 years. Carol was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Perry. She was an avid reader, and enjoyed playing cards and other games. She loved all children and her many friends, relatives and a very dear friend Kelly Glenn. Carol was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her 2 aunts- in- law Betty Crusan of Perry; Mable Crusan of Sun City, Arizona cousins, and many friends.
