Chad Campbell

Chad Duncan Campbell, 46, passed away Monday, July 3, 2017 at his home in Urbandale, Iowa. Chad was born April 16, 1971 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was a successful high school wrestler, talented vocalist and an Air Force Veteran who enjoyed summer vacations in Daytona Beach. Chad lived the last seventeen years of his life in Des Moines, Iowa where his most important role was being a father. He was a devoted father to his daughter, Ava Renae Campbell and son, London Jacob Campbell; beloved son of Duncan and Donna Campbell; loving brother to Adam and Jason Campbell; close confidant and friend to his aunt Christina Clarke and nephew to Lee and Andy Campbell. He leaves behind numerous cousins and other family whose company he enjoyed growing up with at the annual Campbell family reunion. He was preceded in death by his grandparents. A private family service was held.
