Chelsea Stratton

Chelsea was on born December 18, 1991. Chelsea passed away with her family by her side on March 31, 2019. Chelsea lived in Ankeny, Iowa with her mother Lisa. She graduated from Valley High School and was a student at DMACC. Chelsea was to graduate in May from the visual arts and graphic design program. Chelsea enjoyed her life at DMACC, she was loved by her professors and her class mates. Chelsea enjoyed photography, anime and gaming. She was a dreamer and always reached for the stars. Chelsea had a big heart and accepted people for who they are. She made friends easily and had friends across the globe. Chelsea helped people through volunteer work at different organizations, like the DNR and Animal Rescue Reague of Iowa. Chelsea gave the gift of life after her death through organ donation. Chelsea is survived by her mother Lisa McIntosh, her sister Megan Batye, her brother-in-law Scott batye, her four Nephew Nickals, Rayden, Xander and her niece Aurora. Chelsea celebration of life will be April 27th from 11am-1pm, at The lake side center Hawkey park in Ankeny, Iowa. 400 NW Lakeshore Dr Ankeny, IA. A light lunch will be served.
