Chuck Hiatt

Chuck Hiatt, 69, of Winterset, passed away peacefully at his home on June 13, 2020. Chuck was born in Winterset, Iowa on January 9, 1951 to Morris and Marcella Hiatt. He attended Winterset High School and later graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion. Following graduation, Chuck was always on the go and moved numerous times across the country. In his spare time, he enjoyed crocheting and working in his flower garden. He was also an animal lover, as he raised birds and dogs. Chuck is survived by his brothers, Terry Hiatt and Curt (Chris) Hiatt; sisters, Esther Cook and Ruth Ann (Steve) Kiddoo; along with many nieces and nephews. He was proceeded in death by his parents, Morris and Marcella Hiatt; and brother, Bob Hiatt. At this time, no services have been planned. Memorial contributions may be directed to family in memory of Chuck.
