Clifford Leon Fenn

Clifford Fenn, 76, formerly of De Soto, passed away January 4, 2018 at the Lutheran Home in Perry. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at McCalley Funeral Home in Adel where family will greet friends from 4:00 to 6:00 pm. Following the visitation a time of sharing will begin at 6:00 pm. Inurnment will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 11, 2018 at the Iowa Veterans Cemetery. Clifford was born August 19, 1941 in Adel, IA to Clinton and Edna (Schley) Fenn. He graduated in 1960 from Adel Community High School and worked as a laborer at Fawn Engineering until he retired. He married Sherry Robinson on April 4, 1970 at Grant City, MO. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with his grandchildren, watching RFD T.V., loved eating KFC and playing bingo. Clifford is survived by his wife, Sherry; children, Lamont of Van Meter and Katina (Rod) Carmichael of Adel; grandchildren, Sierra, Savannah, Tanna and Dakota; sisters, Ruby Russell and Shirley Groff; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Robert; sister, Bonnie Boyd, and baby sister, Arline (who passed away at birth). Memorial contributions may directed to Clifford’s family.
