Clyde Neil Foust

Clyde Neil Foust was born in Best, Arkansas on September 21, 1930 to Clarence Leroy Foust and Maude Marie Bogart Foust and died June 6, 2008 at the Greene County Medical Center, Jefferson at the age of 77 years, 9 months, and 15 days. Neil as he was known to most people grew up in Best, Arkansas and went to school there until the 8th grade. After school he worked at Caterpillar in Peoria, Ill and farmed for awhile. He married Donna Runyon on December 23, 1954 in __________. They made their home in Iowa Falls, and moved to Beaver, Iowa in 1963. In 1961 Neil started working at the Sinclair gas station in Beaver. He enjoyed fishing, camping, horses, the rodeo, and traveling, and anything related to the outdoors. He was a member of the Greene County Historical Society. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Mildred Hedrick, and brothers, Marion and Elmo. Neil is survived by his wife, Donna of Jefferson; daughters, Mala Foust of Princeton, MN, Della (Lee) Enslow of Beaver, IA, Linda Foust of Jefferson, IA, and Cindy (Todd) Flannery of Des Moines, IA; 3 grandchildren, Chad (Taresa) Lombard and Lacey Lombard all of Des Moines; 5 great-grandchildren, Justice, Cory, Brenna, Elijah, and Aubrey; brother, Otto (Lilly) Foust of Winona, MO; brother-in-laws, James (Mary) Runyon, and LuVerne (Ina) Runyon of Blue Earth, MN; other relatives and friends.
