Colleen C. Quick

Colleen C. Quick, 85, of West Des Moines passed away on Thursday, August 21, 2014. A visitation will be held from 4:00 6:00 on Saturday, August 23, 2014 at Caldwell Raddatz Funeral Home & Crematory, 8201 Hickman Road, Urbandale, IA 50322. Colleen loved spending time with family. She had a love for animals, especially her cats. She took great pleasure in shopping for antiques. In her free time, Colleen enjoyed watching NCIS, Law & Order, reading and cooking before time took that joy away from her. She was an amazing mother and grandmother, loving all unconditionally until the very end. She will be greatly missed. Colleen is survived by her children; Greg (Ann), Chuck, LuAnn, Judy (Ken), Jack (Rachele) and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Quick; son, Steven; parents, Albert and May Stewart; grandchildren, Duaine and Jamie and son-in-law, Ray. A celebration of Colleens life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the family.
