Daisy Burk, age 4 months of Perry, passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2020 in Perry, IA. Visitation will be on Thursday, September 3, 2020 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Carris Family Funeral Home & Cremation Care in Perry. Her family requests that everyone wear face masks and practice distancing. Memorials will be given to her family and may be left at the Carris Family Funeral Home & Cremation Care. Daisy Mae Burk was born on April 6, 2020 at Council Bluffs, IA to Logan Matthew Burk and Brandy Sandra Menard. She liked to go outside and play in the garage with her brother. She always wore a smile on her face. She always loved to dance before bed and to sit with her dad and watch video's at night. She always reminded her mom of the sun because she was so bright. She changed her mom's life. She liked to ride in her dad's truck with her brother. She was her mom's 'Daisy Baby'. In death she rejoins her great great grandparents, Ray and Donna Bryant and Dean Bryan. Left to cherish Daisy's memory are her parents, Logan and Brandy, brother, Axel Burk, grandparents, Tina Rumbaugh, Woodward, IA, Dan Burk, Lovilla, IA, Mark and Deana Menard, Council Bluffs, IA, aunts, Katelyn Menard, Tierah Holmgren, Saydie Burk and Abby Peters, uncles, Jason Bolig, Matthew Menard, Michael Menard and Toby Burk, great grandparents, Linda and Larry Clayton, Carter Lake, IA, Dawn Bryan, Woodward, IA, Chris Bryan, California, and Lois Burk and Bill Stuffelbeam, Lovilla, IA, and a great great grandmother, Carol Bryan, Madrid, IA.
