Funeral services for Daisy Gavidia Fuentes, age 15 of Jamaica, will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. at the Perry High School Gymnasium in Perry. Visitation will be on Friday, March 17, 2023 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Perry High School Gymnasium. Burial will be in the Chapel Hill Gardens Cemetery on Merle Hay Road in Des Moines. Memorials will be given to her family and may be left at the Carris Family Funeral Home & Cremation Care. My beautiful daughter Daisy had a smile that said a lot about her. Daisy had a lot of potential. She was very special and active. Everything she did, she would give it her all. She loved helping people in need, preaching with posters, and giving food away to the community. Active church member and serving in the house of God. Love her pastors and made them part of her family. Daisy had goals. She wanted to be veterinarian because she loved animals. She wanted to care for them, shower them and play with them. She had chickens, ducks, bunnies, birds, dogs, and fish. Daisy loved spending time with her cousins. They played together watched movies, fishing and spent time at the park. She loved to travel. Daisy was very honest humble, a dreamer, caring, and she would always say she had a lot of dreams to accomplish. We love you, "Daisy Daisy".
