Daniel Joseph Klinker, son of Dennis and Pam (McWilliams) Klinker was born August 24, 1982, and departed this earthly life on October 28, 2022 after a brief illness.
Dan graduated from Clarke Community High School in 2001 and then attended the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks where he attained his private pilot’s license, though severely challenged by the air traffic shutdowns of 9-11. He was proud of this accomplishment and maintained it throughout the years.
He was currently employed as a construction supervisor with Kirkham Michael, where he achieved several certifications, including one from the FAA as a remote pilot. He was consistently very diligent in his duties there.
Dan was blessed with exceptional intelligence and organizational skills; he was always willing to share his knowledge, and opinions, on a variety of topics. Following his mother, there was a great fondness for cats in his heart.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Donald and LaVonne McWilliams.
He leaves behind his parents; sister, Jessica; niece and nephew, Dawson and Clayton; paternal grandparents, Donald and Patricia Klinker; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and numerous friends.
His body will be cremated, with no services planned.
