Daryle Spatz Adel, Iowa Daryle Wayne Spatz was born on October 24, 1937 to William and Gertrude Spatz. He graduated from the Van Meter Community School District in 1955. On February 3, 1962, Daryle was united in marriage with Mary Robison at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Waukee, Iowa. In 1974, Daryle and Mary moved their now family of 6 back to Adel and their Iowa roots when Amoco Oil opened a Credit Card Center in Des Moines. Daryle was an active member of Adel Lion’s Club and Knights of Columbus. He did struggle with the loss of Linda’s Adult Daycare, or as the locals know it, Fullers, but you probably knew that if you followed Daryle’s daily blog…Thoughts from Daryle.
