Donald Leroy Mcchesney, I

Donald LeRoy McChesney was born May 7, 1952 in Waterloo, IA to Frank and Doris (Woods) McChesney. He attended Saydel High School and graduated in 1970. Donald was united in marriage to Holly Lane in 1978. Through the years Donald worked as an electrician, roofer and his greatest joy furniture refinishing, which he did for the last 9 years. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, listening to music, (blues and rock n roll were his favorite) and of course taking walks with his granddaughter Amber. Donald is preceded in death by his parents; Frank and Doris (Woods) McChesney and brother Loren McChesney. He is survived by his son Donald McChesney II of Perry; Daughter Stephanie McChesney and Fiance Josh Carmichael of Perry;Granddaughter Amber Carmichael of Perry; Brothers Bob (Becki) McChesney of Casa Grande Arizona; David (Denise) McChesney of Ottumwa IA; Sisters Debbie McChesney of Central City, IA and Linda (Art) Smith of Truro, IA.
