Earl B. Stucker - Adel

Earl Bennie Stucker of Adel, 65, passed away peacefully September 1, 2015 at the Kavanagh House in Des Moines. Memorial services will be 11:00 am Friday, September 4, 2015 at McCalley Funeral Home in Adel, with burial following at Oakdale Cemetery in Adel. Family will greet friends from 10:00 am until service time. Earl was born June 12, 1950 in Perry to Bennie and Fern Stucker. He graduated from Adel High School and worked for Northern Natural Gas in Redfield until he retired. Earl joined the Adel Fire Department in 1978 and served 22 years. During his tenure, he served as Fire Chief for many of those years. He enjoyed fishing and camping, spending time with his grandchildren, and also having fun spending time with his Adel friends. He is survived by his mother, Fern; three sons, Michael, Nick (Kristi) and Jordan; brother, Rod (Liz); sister, Linda and three grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father, Bennie.
