Earl is survived by his wife Phyllis; son James Patrick Lynch of Carroll, IA; daughters Patricia Sue Oleson of Burlington, IA; Rebecca Jo Lynch of Woodward, IA; Kathryn Ann Lynch of Sacramento, CA; and Diane Maureen Hogue of Charlotte, NC. Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday at 10:30 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Jefferson with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery.
