Eddie Augusta Noble, daughter of Edward Monroe and Flonnie Roberts Monroe, was born on September 22, 1933 in Shutman, Kentucky and died March 31, 2007 at the Rowley Memorial Masonic Home in Perry, Iowa at the age of 73 years, 6 months, and 9 days. Eddie grew up with her three sisters, Luritha, Geneva, and Juanita, in Shutman, Kentucky. She married Francis Richard Noble, Jr. and they were parents of a son, Francis III and two daughters, Charlene and Margarite. Eddie worked all her life to help support and care for her family. In 1997 she moved to Scranton, Iowa to live with her daughter, Charlene and then in 1999 became a resident of the Bayard Care Center in Bayard, Iowa. She had been a resident of the Rowley Memorial Masonic Hom since December of 2006. Eddie enjoyed doing needlepoiont and crocheting in her free time. She is survived by her son, Francis Richard Noble III of Kansas; daughter, Charlene (Tom)Leber of Perry; four grandchildren, CHristopher Stephen Taylor(Keri Jo) of Scranton, Crystal Maria Moore (Nicholas Scott) of Scranton, Daniek Dean Leber (Misty Marie) of Carroll, Jessica Ann Leber of Maryville, MO; four great-grandchildren, Brenden, Xavier, Izick, Hope; other relatives and friends. Eddie was preceded by her parents; daughter, Margarite Angelin Noble, and step granddaughter, Faith Marie Leber.
