Eleanor Hough

Eleanor Hough passed away peacefully June 18, 2015 at the age of 90 in Kingwood, Texas where she had been living for the past 3 years. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 7 in the Stringtown Cemetery, Douglas Township, Madison County, Iowa. Eleanor Emma Benjamin was born in Winterset, Iowa on October 25, 1924. During her lifetime, she lived in various parts of the United States but always considered Winterset home. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Emily and Keith Morrison of Clearwater, Florida; her son, Ron Hilburn of Vancouver B.C., Canada, and her son and daughter-in-law, Bob and Melanie Hilburn of Humble, Texas; grandchildren, James Bricken and David Hilburn; and great granddaughter, Camellia Oz Bricken. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill; her parents, David and Mildred Benjamin; her brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and Freda Benjamin; and her sister, Esther Brougene.
