Fernando Cubillo-Rizo, age 52 of Perry, passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at his home in Perry, IA. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. with visitation following the Mass until 1:00 p.m. at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Perry. A service with burial will be held later at Green Lawn Funeral Home Southwest in Bakersfield, CA. Carris Family Funeral Home and Cremation Care is in charge of local arrangements. He was united in marriage to Leticia Cubillo at Bakersfield, CA on November 11, 1992. He worked in agriculture in California and Tyson in Perry, IA. He was a member of the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Bakersfield, CA. He loved talking to everyone and was very friendly. In death he rejoins his parents, Valentin and Refugio and a sister, Virginia Cubillo. Left to cherish Fernando's memory are daughters, Guadalupe and Maria Cubillo, Bakersfield, CA, and his siblings, Pioquinto Cubillo, Pedro Cubillo and Dolores Cubillo.
