Gwen Isaac, 67, died Friday, November 20, 2015. Gwen was born January 28, 1948, in Des Moines to Newton Rhys Isaac and Doris Lorayne Isaac. She was raised in Des Moines, graduated from Iowa State University then spent nearly twenty years in the Washington DC area before retiring and returning to Des Moines. Gwen is survived by her sister, Jan Baker (Johnston, IA), her niece and three nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, mother, and brother, Tom Isaac. Memorial service will be held Tuesday, December 1 at 2:00 pm at Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd. Memorial contributions may be given to the Animal Rescue League.
