Services will be at 10:00 Friday at Hastings Funeral Home in Perry with burial in Violet Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday night from 6-8 p.m at the funeral home where his family will be present. Howard is survived by his wife Nancy, children: David of Guthrie Center, Terry, Kevin and Michael, and Melody Dugan, all of Perry. Memorials are suggested to his family to be designated at a future time.
