Ival Russell Jones

Ival passed away on December 9, 2014 at Fountain West Health Center. He was born March 24, 1931 in East Des Moines to Ray and Ella Jones. He had three brothers and five sisters. He graduated from East High in 1949. His major work time was spent in printing at Meredith Publishing, retiring from RR Donnelley. He is survived by his wife of 57 Years, Donna, sons Michael (LuAnn) of Des Moines, David of New Virginia, Brian (Carrie) of Richmond, CA and Darrell (Cynthia) of San Jose, CA, three granddaughters, two grandsons and one great-grandson, brother Ray and sister Jean. Family will greet guests at 10:00 AM, Saturday, December 13, 2014 at Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home, 8201 Hickman Road, with services starting at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations to the East Des Moines High 49 Scholarship Fund would be welcome.
