Jack (Tupelo) Mallory, 73 of Urbandale, passed away on February 7, 2016 at Taylor House Hospice. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, February 13, 2016, at the West Des Moines Elks Lodge, 2060 NW 94th Street Clive, IA 50325. Jack was born on February 20, 1942 in Des Moines, IA to Don Williams & Anna Williams. Jack was married to Sandi Sanderson. Jack worked for Rochester Armored Car before he retired. He was a charter member of the West Des Moines Elks Lodge #2752. He is survived by his wife, children; Michelle (Mike) Nelson, Tjaden Mallory, sister; JoAnn Stier, 5 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, many nieces and nephews, and ex-wife, Carol Mallory. He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Patrick Mallory.
