Now that Jackson has passed we can see his enthusiasm for life was meant to be unbridled and continued on in the world. Jackson’s compassion for all things living, his pure goodwill towards others & soaking in every moment life had to offer with a smile. Whether the moments were filled with sadness, joy, pain, courage, hope, celebrations, heartbreak or comfort, Jackson met them head on with his sarcastic humor & the will to live his life another day. Jackson has always said: I would have never wanted to have cancer, but I wouldn't change it for the world. All the people I have met, all the places I have been, all the experiences I have had. I would have never had without cancer. We have nothing but the utmost respect for Jackson. Nash, Patrick & I will forever strive to perfect the qualities Jackson embodied. The gift we were given is one we will cherish with all our hearts. Jackson Fisher, 17, passed away at home on Friday, May 18, 2018 after a courageous battle with cancer.
