She also loved shopping and finding a good bargain. Joan not only was a thrifty shopper, she bought very thoughtful gifts. Joan was a people person and she never met a stranger. How do we put into words all the ways she touched each of us.as a second mom, another loving grandmother, a confidant, someone who truly cared about each of us and what we were going through. Surely God has her busy already! Joan was loyal, dedicated, honest, never self-centered, always thinking of others. She is probably looking down and thinking, wow, I didn't know I was so loved and appreciated.
