Joshua Conrad, age 41 of Perry, passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at the Dallas County Hospital in Perry, IA. His family will host a celebration of his life on April 29, 2023 from 1:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Ronald Good Shelter at Don Williams Lake. Memorials will be given to children and may be left at the Carris Family Funeral Home & Cremation Care. Online condolences may be left at www.carrisfuneralhome.com. Joshua James Conrad was born on April 28, 1981, in Perry, IA to Robert James and Gloria Jeanne (Pittman) Conrad Jr. He attended Perry High School, and the DMACC auto mechanic program. He was united in marriage to Michaela Gray in Boone, IA in 2006. He worked at Moffitts Ford in Boone, Stivers Ford in Waukee, and Caseys in Perry. He enjoyed drawing, fishing, playing the guitar, video gaming with his kids, playing cards, listening to music, playing pool, and bike riding. He was a people person with a huge heart and loved being with his family and friends. In death he rejoins his grandparents, Phyllis and Junior Pittman, and Robert Conrad Sr. Left to cherish Joshuas memory are his parents Robert Jr. and Gloria Conrad, Ogden, IA children, Kendall Conrad, Jadaan Conrad, and Thomas Gray, Gilbert, IA, sisters, Kelli (Josh) Brennan, Perry, IA, and Jamie (Ty) Conrad Pine, CO, grandmother, Colleen Conrad, Perry, IA, numerous aunts and uncles and his dog Cooper.
