In Loving Memory.. Julie Marie Brelsford, 64, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2019 in Des Moines, Iowa. Julie was born June 28, 1954 at King's Daughters Hospital in Perry, Iowa, to Marion and Erna (Biston) Brelsford. Most recently, Julie lived in Mosaic group home on the east side of Des Moines. She loved to go places; especially Miss Kitty's. She liked country music, jewelry, pedicures, looking at cooking magazines and spending time in the kitchen baking cookies or watching the bread maker. She also loved ice cream and chocolate! Julie is survived by her sisters, Janice Reynolds of Urbandale, Iowa; Rosemary Lund of Clive, Iowa; and Beverly (Rod) Phipps of Osceola, Iowa; nieces: Julie (Denny) Baker of Carlisle, Iowa; Ally (Craig) Jacobs of Austin, Texas; Tricia (Chris) Garton of Adel, Iowa and Monica (Tony) Birmingham of Norwalk, Iowa; nephews: Steve (Deisha) Reynolds of Pella, Iowa; RJ Reynolds of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Nick Lund of Des Moines, Iowa and Andy Lund of Chicago, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her parents Marion and Erna Brelsford; and brothers-in-law Larry Reynolds and Bob Lund. A private graveside was held at Violet Hill Cemetery in Perry.
