Justin Davis Pierce "Jugy" "Boy" passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday, October 19, 2015. Funeral Services will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday, October 24th at McCalley Funeral Home in Adel, with burial following at Oakdale Cemetery. Friends may call after 3:00 PM Friday, October 23rd at McCalley Funeral Home in Adel where family will greet friends from 5:00-7:00 PM. Justin was born August 14, 1994 in Des Moines to Susan Davis Tighe and Brad Pierce. He attended ADM High School and DMACC in Ankeny. He loved to watch his favorite football team the San Diego Chargers on TV, and also went to some of their games with his family. Justin had a very big and loving heart. He always had a smile, could lift up your spirits and make you laugh. He was always glad to help others. He was a true friend to many and an amazing father to Maizie, who was the light of his life. Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Susan (Jason) Tighe and Brad (Tammy) Pierce; daughter, Maizie; sister, Mallory, stepsisters and stepbrothers, Jessica (Jake) Vogel, Emily Rhoten, Hannah Rhoten, Jason Tighe, Jr. and Isaac Tighe; grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Proceeded in death are his grandfather, Keith Davis and cousins, Tyler Wolfe and Jenna Myers. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Justin Pierce Memorial Fund at Peoples Trust and Savings Bank in Adel. Online condolences may be left at this site.
