Kirk Leroy Chapman

Kirk Leroy Chapman, age 65, of Rippey, Iowa passed away at his home, on Friday, October 14, 2022. A visitation will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, at the Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home and Crematory – McCalley Chapel in Adel, with funeral services starting at 3:00 PM.

Kirk was born September 22, 1957, in Des Moines, Iowa, to Eugene Bernard Chapman and Marjorie Ellen (Wright) Chapman. During his childhood he lived in and attended school in Adel. Kirk enjoyed spending time with his daughter and grandkids. They were his greatest joy in life. He loved watching Nascar, being outside, gardening and working in the garage on various projects.

Left to cherish his memory is his daughter Jennifer Elaine Chapman of Sumner, Iowa; his grandchildren Caleb, Addison, Gracie, Cambrie; his brothers Kim & Kathy (Case) Chapman of Adel, Iowa; Rick Chapman of Black Mountain, North Carolina; Steve & Angie (Wilson) Chapman of Boynton Beach, Florida; along with many nieces, nephews and extended family members.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Marjorie Wright Chapman; and niece, Angela Christine (Chapman) Saunders.
