Kristine Harper

Kristine Harper, 65, of Windsor Heights, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 9, 2024 at her home. 

Kris was born on April 4, 1959 to Russell and Marie (Kersey) Harper in Jefferson, Iowa. She grew up in Grand Junction and attended Grand Junction Schools. Kris worked for many years as a med aid in nursing homes and later as a processor for Wells Fargo and Athene. 

Kris was always known to have a loving and caring heart. Her passions were watching women’s basketball and helping others, always offering her time or a helping hand. Her laugh was infectious and could always be heard in the crowd. She loved spending time with friends and family, and enjoyed researching and sharing her family ancestry.

Although Kris has passed away, she continued her helping spirit by donating her body with the Iowa Donor Network to help other people. 

Kris is survived by her partner, Suzanne Conti; siblings, Michael J. Harper, and Richard L. (Rob Anning) Harper; and step-child, Ace Conti. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Harold Harper, and Bob Harper.
