Kyle Douma

Kyle Wesley Douma, 37, of Margate Florida, left us to join our heavenly Father on Tuesday, February 8, 2022. Kyle was born May 18, 1984 in Plantation, Florida to Debbie and Ken Douma. He graduated from JP Taravella High school and attended college at Santa Fe Community College in Gainesville, Florida. Kyle worked as a chef in Florida before moving to Adel in 2020 to be closer to his brother. Kyle had a passion for cooking, he spent his career as a chef creating delicious meals for all. He was an avid fan of all Florida sports teams especially, the Miami Dolphins football team and the Miami Marlins baseball team. He loved to be outdoors whether it was enjoying a few rounds of golf with his friends or being out on the beach soaking up the ocean breeze, Kyle loved so much about life. He was loved by so many family members who will miss his charming demeanor, his caring warm heart and his loving nature. His legacy will continue on in the hearts of his family; mother Debbie Douma; father Ken Douma; brother Jason (Tina) Douma; sister Kelsey (Joe) Nations; maternal grandparents Bill & Nancy Ortagus; as well as many other extended family members. A Celebration of Kyle’s life will be held Tuesday March 1, 2022 from 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. at Oriole Golf Club, 8000 Margate Blvd. Margate, Fl 33063.
