Marilyn M. Gooch passed away June 28, 2024 at her residence in Des Moines, IA. Marilyn was 80 years old. She requested no service or visitation. Any memorials should go to the Iowa State Fair.
Marilyn worked most recently at Continental Western Group and Meredith Corporation. She volunteered at Living History Farms and loved quilting, taking photos and reading.
Mariyln was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis, of 49 years, mother and father, and grandparents.
Mariyln is survived by her sister, Nadine Godwin; sons, Scott (Michele) Gooch and Marty Gooch; and grandchildren, Nicole and Quin.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made out to the Living History Farms.
