Marjorie Ione Wilson

Marjorie Ione Wilson was born April 4th, 1922 in North Dakota to Fred and Margaret Davis. Marjorie passed away on September 16th, 2018 in Perry, IA. A private family service will be held at a later date. Marjorie was united in marriage to DeVern Wilson of Madrid in 1939. The couple welcomed two daughters, Barbara Jean and Janice. DeVern and Marjorie raised their daughters in Woodward, Iowa and moved to Perry in later years. Marjorie worked in an ammunition plant and cleaned houses during World War 2. She retired from Woodward Resource Center after 35 years and worked another 10 years at McDonalds in Perry. Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband DeVern, her parents, siblings Leo, Fern, Faye, Lyle, Tommy, Cleve, Velma, Ned, and four other siblings in infancy. She is survived by her daughters Barbara Jean of Topock, Arizona and Janice (Lyle) Tunink of Perry, six grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.
