Maye Hortense Hoffman was born April 15, 1915 in Milton, Iowa to Elmer and Winifred Cox. Maye passed away June 13, 2015 at the Senior Suites of Urbandale at the age of 100. Burial of cremated remains will be in the Chapel Hill Garden Cemetery, Des Moines, Iowa. Maye was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Hoffman.
