Michael "Mike D" Anthony Domine died on December 10, 2021 in Decorah, Iowa at the age of 50. He was born in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, on May 19, 1971. He attended Lincoln High School and is preceded in death by his mother, Joan Bosch, and older brother Paul Domine. Aside from many cousins, uncles, and aunts including his mother's twin sister, Jane Newsom, he is survived by son Zachary Liebenstein and beloved nephew Alex Domine; brothers Travis Domine and David Domine Jr; his father David Domine and step-mother Bonnie Domine; half-siblings John Domine and Dawn Geiger; step-father William Bosch; and step siblings Jerry Bosch, Joey Bosch, and Dawn Bosch-Prewitt. In the Louisville, Kentucky, area—where he lived for a time—and in Decorah, Mike also leaves behind many dear friends such as Fawn and Craig Witt who appreciated his dry sense of humor and passion for canoeing, bowhunting, fishing, and camping. Aside from his love for the outdoors and sitting in front of a bonfire with his beloved dog Willie May and cat Zia, Mike will be remembered for his reputation as a faithful Green Bay Packers fan and regular patron at the Haymarket, his home away from home. He also loved playing the guitar and collecting antiques. In lieu of flowers and cards, Mike's family and friends ask instead that donations in his honor be sent to the Humane Society of Northeast Iowa.
