Michael Merle Robison

Michael Merle Robison was born on June 15th, 1957, and passed away on March 2nd, 2025. He lived to age 67 years, 8 months and 15 days. Michael was born at Atlantic Memorial Hospital to Glendale (Hawk) and Merle Robison. He was their 3rd child and only son. Loved ones knew him as Mike, Babe, Dad and Papa.

Mike grew up in Anita, Iowa. He graduated High School in Anita in 1975 and moved to Atlantic. He later moved to Perry, Iowa, where he married Teresa (Conklin) in 1983. He worked at Meadow Gold Ice Cream Plant in Perry Iowa for 15 years until the plant closed down. He also worked at Tyson for 15 years until he retired.

Mike was an avid reader and self-taught tinkerer. He loved working in the garage while jamming out to Rock and Roll. He was a science fiction enthusiast and a witty conversationalist.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, sister Lynn, and mother-in-law Helen Conklin.

Mike loved his wife, kids and grandkids. He is survived by wife Teresa (Conklin), sister Kay Lathrop, children Nikki (Darian Williams) Conklin, Natasha (Tye) Hegstrom, Danielle (Breighton) Robison-Engeman, Jacqui (Bill) Robison-Prather, Chelsea (Sam) Gardner and grandchildren: Jareth Hilsenbeck, Zillah (Gabe) Terronez, River Hegstrom, Gavin Hegstrom, Kaya Robison-Engeman, Caden Hegstrom, Jessica Gardner, Lucas Gardner and Enola Gardner.

A private visitation for the immediate family occurred on March 2nd at 2 PM. Michael did not want to have a funeral. A Celebration of Life party will be determined at a later date."
