Monica Judge

Monica Judge, 49, of Rio Rancho, New Mexico passed away at her home on May 31, 2018. A graveside service with be held at a later date at the Peru Cemetery in Peru, Iowa. Memorials may be directed to the family and online condolences may be left at ochiltree.com. Monica Leigh Judge, daughter of Jerry and June (Phillips) Bruner, was born February 12, 1969 in Tyler, Texas. Monica was united in marriage with Shawn Patrick Judge on June 7, 2014. Monica worked for Fidelity Investments since 2015. She loved spending time with her husband, family and friends. Monica and Shawn enjoyed attending drag races, car shows and being outdoors. She loved animals and enjoyed walking her dogs and playing with her parrot, Paulie. Monica was especially proud of her new grandson. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend who will be greatly missed. Monica is survived by her husband, Shawn Judge of Rio Rancho, NM; parents, Jerry and June Bruner of Aztec, NM; son, Carey (Jayce) Galvez and new grandson, Barron Galvez all of New Braunfels, TX; son, Justin Galvez of Cibolo, TX; step-son, Dennis Judge of Edgewood, NM; brother, Jerry (Marty) Bruner of Boerne, TX; brother-in-law, Mike (Roberta) Kephart of Albuquerque, NM; mother-in-law, Carol Kephart of Albuquerque, NM; cousins, Debra Naylor and Steve Newell of Oklahoma City, OK; nieces and nephews of Texas, extended family and a host of friends.
