Norman John Seib

Norman Seib, 78, of Waukee, passed away peacefully June 22, 2022, at Sunny View Care Center in Ankeny, surrounded by his wife and daughters. A visitation will be held Monday, June 27, 2022, from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home & Crematory in Urbandale. A private graveside service will take place the following day at the Waukee Cemetery. Norman was proud of his Catholic faith and his military service in the Air Force. He was a longtime member of the Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed bowling, golfing and spending time with his friends and family. He is survived by his wife, Joanne; daughters, Sharri (Jon) Moreland, Ann Koethe (Robert Wahlert), and Katie (Luke) Petersen; grandchildren, Alexis Koethe, Max Moreland, Colby Koethe, Emily Moreland, Gracie Moreland, Ava Petersen; and sisters, Margaret Carpenter and Jeanie Seib. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Margaret Seib; parents, Leo and Ethel; and siblings, Mary Lee Kinney, and Tom Seib.
