Hastings Funeral Home in Jefferson is in charge of arrangements for Otilia Moreno, 80 of Jefferson, formerly of Marshalltown. Mrs. Moreno died Sunday evening at the Greene County Medical Center. She is survived by her children: Ludivina, Sergio, Elda, Osiel, Heraldo, Guadalupe, Irad, and Dorcas Fitzgerald of Jefferson, 36 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday at HASTINGS Funeral Home in Jefferson. Her family will greet friends one hour prior to the service.
