Patricia Jeffrey Fallert

Patricia Jeffrey Fallert passed away on March 22, 2017 at Taylor House Hospice in Des Moines, IA. Patricia was born August 23, 1955 in St. Louis, MO to James and Carolyn (Chambliss) Jeffrey. Loved by many and dear to all, Patricia will be missed every day. Her signature laugh and bright smile warmed the hearts of everyone around her; and the results of her countless selfless actions can be seen everywhere she walked. Patricia touched more lives in her 61 years than we will ever know, and each and every one of those lives is better for knowing her. Ever strong in her faith, Patricia will be welcomed into heaven with open arms. Patricia is survived by her children, Joe (Malkie) Raythe and Katie (Eric) Sawvell; brothers, Mike (Barbara) Jeffrey, Steve (Betty) Jeffrey, Wayne Jeffrey; and sister, Jennie (Dennis) Bucek and beloved extended family and friends. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents. A visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., Monday, March 27, 2017 at Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home & Crematory in Urbandale. A funeral Mass will be at 10:30 AM Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in West Des Moines, IA. Burial of cremated remains will be at a later date at Bellefontaine Cemetery in St. Louis, MO. Memorial contributions may be made to Taylor House Hospice.
